This lakeside residence in Chapin provides a window into the hands on approach we take at Morris Homes. Client involvement is at the forefront of our custom build process with each aspect and design detail in this home being selected by the homeowner.Â

The lakeside retreat in these photos features Hardie plank siding and cultured stone completing the exterior of the home. Inside, you can find hand crafted cabinetry, marble countertops, reliable appliances, and custom hardware all selected with guidance for cost efficiency and quality by our owner and builder Jody Morris.Â
With these clients, like every client, being involved in every step of the process allows us to bring their vision to life. Consistent communication and solid planning allow us to take the worry out of a project like this and provide clients the ability to focus on design decisions that matter most.
