Hearth and Sunroom Addition
This addition outlines our flexibility with existing structures and ability to add new structures in the same project. The home began with a dated porch and screened porch. Through this clients vision and our building expertise, we were able to reshape the space to elevate its usability.
The addition also featured replacement of all windows in the home and the addition of a covered porch at the entrance of the house. This project allowed us to showcase our ability in functional and aesthetic upgrades; taking the clients vision and creating a space they can truly enjoy for years to come.
The addition pictured features a new rear porch in place of the prior existing porch, including a wood burning fireplace, heavy duty railing, and completed with beautiful stained beams and grey decking boards. To round out the clients vision, the left adjacent sunroom started as a screen porch and was transformed into interior living space that brings light and function to the home.
